Informer Network Control Modem (NCM) is a full-duplex Bell 103 2-wire leased line modem with triple redundant error correction.

The NCM provides a fail-safe modem communication link, supplanting the traditional metallic connection that is prone to faulty operation due to weather exposure or accidental short-wiring.

It has 8 isolated analog channels (4 switch control inputs and 4 relay control outputs) and ability to auto establish a communication link to another NCM.

The NCM is a standard WSCM 200 type board that fits into Informer's 19 Slot and 6 Slot NCM Racks and provides reliable operation with no maintenance required.
