The Informer911 Advantage

PSAP Controller
Compact design saves screen space. Delivers ANI and ALI to Call Taker workstations. Supports 64
trunks and 64 workstations. Supports TDD Modem operations for ADA requirements. Integrates with
existing CAD software via the Visual Parser© technology. Can be used with existing phone systems.
Redunduncy
Multiple redundancies are designed into the ADS system from the
ground up and feature isolated power supplies, ring generators, controller cards,
and MF tone detectors. If one controller card goes down, another one immediately
takes over without any loss of information.
