FEATURES
  • Provides 8 scan points with 48 volts and monitors saturation of those contact closures.

  • No saturation will cause the illumination of 8 large green LED's that indicates normal operation.

  • Saturation of any scan point will cause that channel's green LED to turn off and illuminate a large red LED indicating an alarm condition.

  • If any Scan point is in alarm mode (RED) then the Panel Alarm's LED will flash on and off and an audio alarm will sound. (note: this Led is on the right hand side of the box)

  • Once the audio alarm has been activated it can be turned off by pressing the Alarm Mute button.

  • There is a test button to verify that all LED's and audio circuits are working.

  • When a panel alarm is active (any scan point saturated) then an Auxiliary Relay is activated to transfer the alarm condition to another location.

  • The two wire scan points, power contacts, auxiliary relay contacts, all have connections on the top of the box via screw terminal blocks that can be unplugged for a quick disconnect.

  • The Detection Panel is powered from -48 volts and has connections for both A and B supplies.

  • The scan points are powered from internal ISOLATED power supplies so that no equipment is tied together electrically when connected to the scan points.

  • A backing plate connects to the bottom of the box and has a swivel mount to a mounting plate that is attached to the wall. This will allow the alarm Detection Panel to be wall mounted and adjusted for optimal viewing angle.
